Divjaka resort - Attractions and directions.

...

There are many places to visit in Albania.

One of the most frequented resorts of the ‘Lushnja’ county is the Divjaka Resort with many attractions as well as a beautiful sandy and shallow sea access.

The prices rise as you go past Fier region which comprises ‘Seman’ and ‘Dardhezeze’ sandy beaches.

Between Divjaka and Dardhezeze there is a wilder and untouched sandy beach of ‘Ndernenas’ or ‘Adriatic’ frequented only during the main summer months and some of its access with 4x4 or a mountain bike.

The main attractions to see around the Divjaka Resort are, namely,

  • The ‘Fenix’ restaurant with an amazing view to the south part of the ‘Kravasta’ lagoon.
  • The Divjaka Boat Park located just before you reach the pine trees before the sea and which is located on the north part of the Kravasta lagoon as you cross the Divjaka center.
  • The ‘Pelican Tower’ where you can see the pelicans and climb up the toll tower to experience an unbelievable 360-degree view and enjoy outdoors lunch on the table bench under the pine trees sunshades and the supreme fresh air.
  • The Divjaka Resort Hotel which includes three areas of swimming pools where you can relax and enjoy even a high wind day.

Get all the iodine and improve structure by enjoying the warm sand between 5 to 7pm after a couple of swims in the sea and plenty of fresh fish after in the local area restaurants.

There is always more to see and this comes with price, if you can afford and need more just drive straight south with night pauses between places like: Vlora, Orikum, Dhermi, Himara, Borsh, Saranda and don’t forget to visit ‘Butrint’, ‘Blue eye’ as you come back from Saranda to Gjirokaster, the ‘Gjirokaster’ castle and Tepelene.

Also, there are many other places to visit in the east, north or the centre Albania, mainly, Berat, Durres, Shkoder and Tirana.

Welcome, enjoy and have fun!
